CRA has doubled in size every year since its inception in 2004.  We are nationally licensed, bonded and insured.


Our executive staff and partners combine over 150 years of experience in all areas of debt management, portfolio management and call center management.  This experience includes working with the largest debt collection firms, credit card issuers, retail creditors, and national and local  lenders.  This combined experience has enabled CRA to create one of the fastest growing self-funded collection agencies in the United States.


World class information technology and data security is a product of our IT staff’s combined 100 plus years of experience including work for the United States Navy's call center in Norfolk, VA and work with one of the largest returned check servicers in the United States.


CRA has experience handling debt ranging from pre-charge off  to 10 years of age.
