Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA)
Consumer Recovery Associates follows the legal guidelines for acceptable debt collection practices as described by the Federal Trade Commission in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The Act serves to eliminate abusive practices in debt collection and assure consumers are treated justly and respectfully by debt collectors.
